Limitation of business hours during Christmas and turn of the year
We inform all customers that our business hours for acceptance and delivery of consignments during Christmas and at the turn of the year shall be adjusted as follows: 24.12.2011 and 31.12.2011 (7.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.), 25.12.2011, 26.12.2011 and 1.1.2012 (closed). During the time of limited business hours it will be possible to accept/pick up the consignment only after the agreement with the employees of import/export department.

Limitation of business hours during Christmas and turn of the year
We inform all customers that our business hours for acceptance and delivery of consignments during Christmas and at the turn of the year shall be adjusted as follows: 24.12.2010 and 31.12.2010 (7.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.), 25.12.2010, 26.12.2010 and 1.1.2011 (closed). During the time of limited business hours it will be possible to accept/pick up the consignment only after the agreement with the employees of import/export department.

Limitation of business hours during Christmas and turn of the year
We inform all customers that our business hours for receipt and issue of consignments during Christmas and at the turn of the year shall be adjusted as follows: 24.12. and 31.12. (7.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.), 25.12., 26.12. 2009 and 1.1. 2010 (closed). During the time of limited business hours it will be possible to collect/receive the consignment under the accord with workers of import/export department for a 100% surcharge to the terminal charge.

During the time of limited business hours it will be possible to collect/receive the consignment under the accord with workers of import/export department for a 100% surcharge to the terminal charge (see Price List of Services IIb).

We ask all our customers to deliver copies of documents of split shipments to our workers of the import department.

Statistics of queue times
In the section 'Statistics', updated statistics of queue times in the export and import waiting room of our company will be published each week. These statistics are an exact picture of queue times for the receipt/issue of consignments

Declaration of shipments of status C
In case the original AWB is not available during submission of the Overall customs declaration to a confirmed flight, the SCP for a confirmed consignment shall be submitted similarly to the case when the consignment has status T1. Then it is necessary to report to the customs office in Ruzyne and to negotiate release of the consignment based on invoices proving C status

Receiving of export shipments into the warehouse
Receiving of export shipments into the warehouse
Only Ready for Carriage consignments according to the IATA definition shall be accepted for carriage in the future. We ask customers to have all pieces of consignments duly labelled with the AWB number before delivery to the receipt counter. After this time, it is possible (according to public conditions) to deposit the consignment for a limited period in the warehouse hall, in case the consignment is not Ready for Carriage

Acceptance of adjustments in NCTS document
We would like to inform our customers that if goods are issued based on an NCTS document, it is necessary to have adjustments of data in NCTS documents that relate immediately to the issue (i.e. number of pieces, weight, MAWB no.) confirmed by a customs office worker (stamped). Repairs only confirmed by the stamp of a concrete customer (forwarder) may not be accepted
